Picking a gift for a r d director
An R&D director usually sits between the lab and the boardroom, turning half-finished prototypes and long-running experiments into something a company can actually sell. That means a lot of meetings, a lot of hard questions about timelines, and plenty of days spent defending a promising project that isn't quite ready. A gift that acknowledges the work lands better than a generic office item. Put the word on a tee or hoodie they can wear on weekends, or a mug for the desk where the roadmap gets drafted. If you know their area, such as materials, product or engineering, you can type it in on a second line so the gift reflects what they actually run. Ask a colleague which projects they've been pushing hardest and you'll have the detail that makes it personal.
R D Director gift questions
Can I add their team or focus area to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type in the area they lead, and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is R&D Director a formal title I should check?
Titles vary by company, so make sure the wording matches what they call themselves at work. Their own business card or email signature is a good reference.
Can I order shirts for the whole R&D team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the r d director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a r d director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
