Gifts from Randolph A F B
Randolph AFB is Randolph Air Force Base, a training base near San Antonio, Texas, and the people connected to it tend to carry that place with them for life. Many are pilots, instructors and support staff who arrived for a single assignment and stayed close to the base for years, while others are families who grew up on post. A shirt or mug with Randolph AFB on it is a way to say you know that place, whether it's for a graduation from pilot training or a goodbye after a long tour. Add the year they arrived, the squadron or the class they belonged to, and it becomes a personal keepsake rather than a generic base shirt. Hoodies suit the cold mornings on the flight line, and mugs fit the kitchen of someone who's now stationed somewhere new and misses the old place.
