Picking a gift for a recreational assistant
A recreational assistant keeps a rec center, camp or senior program running. They set up the gym for pickup games, hand out equipment, check people in at the front desk, and catch the kid who wandered off during dodgeball. It's a job that's easy to overlook until something goes wrong, and most of the people doing it are on their feet all day, often in a whistle and a lanyard. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit fun: a tee they can wear on a warm afternoon, a hoodie for the chilly gym or the early morning shift, or a mug for the break room that nobody else will claim. Adding the name of the place they work, or the program they run, turns a generic job shirt into something that's theirs. If you're buying for a whole staff, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better end-of-season thank-you than another box of donuts.
Recreational Assistant gift questions
Can I add the name of the rec center or program?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the facility, camp or program name there and check the spacing in the preview before you order.
Is there a kids version for someone who works summer camp?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available, but a kids design is more for a child wearing the word. For a camp counselor or assistant, the adult tees and hoodies are the better fit.
What's a good gift for someone finishing a season at a summer camp?
A tee with their role and the summer year is a nice keepsake. It's useful for the drive home and marks the season they worked.
Can I order for a whole rec staff at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the recreational assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a recreational assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
