Picking a gift for a recruitment internship
A recruitment intern spends the summer learning how hiring actually works: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, sitting in on interviews and getting the awkward phone calls to say no. It's a demanding stretch, and the people who make it through are usually the ones who stay curious and keep showing up early. A gift that marks the internship tells them you noticed the work. A tee for the first week of training, a hoodie for the chilly mornings in a conference room, or a mug for the coffee that fuels early screening calls all feel personal when the word on them is their actual role. Type in their title, or a team or company-agnostic second line like the year, and it becomes theirs. It's an easy way to celebrate a milestone that often goes unmarked.
Recruitment Internship gift questions
Can I add a year or program name to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the year, cohort or short program name there and check the preview before you order.
Is a recruitment internship a good gift for a new hire?
Yes, especially if they're working toward a full-time offer. It's a small way to mark the progress and give them something they can use during the job.
Can I order for a whole intern class?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the list of names and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the recruitment internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a recruitment internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
