Picking a gift for a relationship associate
A relationship associate is usually the person who picks up the phone when something has gone wrong, or who keeps a long list of regular customers and remembers their kids' names. The work runs on patience, follow-up and a lot of quiet problem-solving, and it often goes unnoticed until someone leaves. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A tee or hoodie gives them something comfortable for the days they're on calls or in meetings, and a mug earns a spot on the desk where they'll see it every morning. You can make it theirs by adding the company or team name in the second line, or a year if they've just started or hit a milestone. Keep the wording simple and let the word itself do the talking.
Relationship Associate gift questions
Can I add a team name or a year to a relationship associate shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a team, a department or a year. Type it in and the live preview will show you how it sits before you order.
Is relationship associate a good gift for someone starting a new role?
It can be. A mug or tee with their title and start year marks the new job in a way they can wear or use every day.
Can I order matching shirts for a whole customer relationship team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the relationship associate shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a relationship associate gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
