Picking a gift for a research intern
A research intern is usually a student or early-career person spending a summer or semester in a lab, a clinic, a newsroom or a company's data team, learning the work by doing it. Long hours at a bench or a screen, a lot of careful note-taking, and the occasional week where the experiment fails for reasons nobody can explain. The gifts that land are the ones that feel like they were made for this particular stretch of their life. A tee for the first day, a hoodie for the early-morning commute and lab chill, or a mug for the coffee that keeps them going through the afternoon data pull. Put research intern on the front and add the lab, department or program name on a second line, plus the season or year, and it becomes a reminder of the internship they'll look back on. It's also a small way of saying you noticed the work they're proud of.
Research Intern gift questions
What can I put on a research intern shirt besides the title?
Many designs have a second line for a lab name, department, program, or season and year. Type it in and the preview will show you how it sits.
Is a research intern gift a good end-of-internship present?
Yes. A mug or tee with their name and the internship dates is a keepsake they can use after the summer ends, and it marks the work they put in.
Are there designs for kids or babies with this title?
Only a few designs for this title come in kids and baby sizes, so check the product filter to see which ones are available.
Can I order for a whole intern class at once?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person so everyone gets a shirt with their own name.
What sizes do the research intern shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a research intern gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
