Picking a gift for a resident programs director
A resident programs director keeps a residency program running: scheduling rotations, tracking duty hours, sitting in on evaluations and making sure residents get through training without falling through the cracks. It's a job that runs mostly on spreadsheets, late-afternoon meetings and a lot of quiet problem-solving, and it's rarely thanked in public. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land better than a generic joke about the job. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a fine start, and adding the program or institution name on a second line makes it specific to them. A mug for the office is something they'll reach for every morning before the first accreditation question arrives. If you're buying for a whole team of coordinators or faculty, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name printed on their own shirt.
