Picking a gift for a resident supervisor
A resident supervisor usually lives on the property they manage, which means their work is never really over. They handle the midnight maintenance call, the lost key, the neighbor dispute and the building walkthrough before the weekend, often with no one else to hand it to. A gift that acknowledges that blend of responsibility and availability tends to land well. A comfortable tee for the long days on call, a hoodie for the chilly early-morning rounds, or a mug for the coffee they drink while answering the phone all say you see what the job asks of them. Put their name on it, or the building or community they look after, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic work shirt. If you're shopping for a whole staff team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name gives everyone something they can wear on their own shift.
Resident Supervisor gift questions
Can I add the building or community name to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line for a place or a name. Type the building or community there and the preview will update so you can check it before ordering.
Is there a version for kids or a family member who helps out?
Yes, many designs come as kids tees. If the person is a family member who works alongside the supervisor, you can use the same design on an adult shirt with their own name.
What do resident supervisors usually do?
The role varies by property, but it often includes handling tenant questions, coordinating repairs, and checking on the building. Ask them how their day runs if you want a detail to add to the design.
What sizes do the resident supervisor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a resident supervisor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
