About this resident supervisor gift
A resident supervisor usually lives on the property they manage, which means their work is never really over. They handle the midnight maintenance call, the lost key, the neighbor dispute and the building walkthrough before the weekend, often with no one else to hand it to. A gift that acknowledges that blend of responsibility and availability tends to land well. A comfortable tee for the long days on call, a hoodie for the chilly early-morning rounds, or a mug for the coffee they drink while answering the phone all say you see what the job asks of them. Put their name on it, or the building or community they look after, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic work shirt. If you're shopping for a whole staff team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name gives everyone something they can wear on their own shift.
