Picking a gift for a resource manager
A resource manager usually sits between the people doing the work and the budget that pays for it, which makes the job hard to see from the outside. They juggle staffing, schedules and project timelines, and they're often the one who knows which team has bandwidth before anyone else does. A gift that acknowledges that quiet coordination lands better than a generic office tee. Think about what they do all day: long planning meetings, spreadsheets that never quite balance, and the relief of a project finally staffed correctly. A mug for the desk fits the early-morning routine of checking the week's allocations. A hoodie suits the cold conference room they always seem to end up in. You can make the gift theirs by typing in the word exactly as their company uses it, such as Resource Manager or Resource Management, and adding a second line for their name or a team if that fits. The preview lets you see how the text sits before you order.
Resource Manager gift questions
Can I add a name or team under the job title?
Yes. Most designs have a second line. Type a name, a department or a team there and the preview will update so you can check the placement.
Is there a version for a resource manager on kids' shirts or baby gear?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for this title. They're a fun option if the person is a parent who likes to show off their job.
Should I use Resource Manager or a longer title?
Use the title exactly as it appears on their badge or email signature so it matches what their team calls them. Shorter titles tend to print more cleanly on mugs.
What sizes do the resource manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a resource manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
