Picking a gift for a retail store manager
A retail store manager is usually the first in and the last out, juggling schedules, inventory counts, the customer who wants a refund on something bought three years ago, and the cashier who needs a break right now. The gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge that juggling without pretending it's glamorous. A soft tee they can wear on a day off, a hoodie for the stockroom or the early open, a mug for the back office coffee that never seems to stay hot. Put the words retail store manager on the design, or add the store name or the district if you know it, so the gift says exactly who they are at work. Managers often get gifts from their team at the end of the year or on a milestone anniversary, so a shirt or mug with the years they've been in the role can mean more than a generic thank-you card. If the whole team wants to pitch in, the Team Shop lets you order one design with everyone's name on their own shirt.
