Picking a gift for a retirement director
A retirement director usually runs the side of the benefits world that sits between a company's HR team and the people about to leave it, helping employees figure out pensions, timelines and what the next chapter looks like. They spend a lot of their week explaining things that feel huge to the person hearing them, so they tend to be patient, organized and used to being the calm voice in the room. A gift that shows you know what they do lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title says the work is recognized, and it's a nice thing to wear to a team lunch or a conference. A mug with their name is a small daily thanks for the hours they spent on other people's futures. If you're buying for a whole department, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each colleague's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another card that everyone signs.
Retirement Director gift questions
Can I add a company name or department under the title?
Many designs have a second line. Type the company or department there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is this a good gift for someone starting a retirement role?
Yes. A shirt or mug with their title marks the new job and gives them something to wear or use while they settle in.
Can I order for a whole retirement planning team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the retirement director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a retirement director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
