Gifts for Review Associates

Picking a gift for a review associate

A review associate spends long stretches reading documents on a screen, flagging privilege, checking for responsiveness and keeping track of batches while deadlines move around them. Many work in legal teams, on litigation or investigations, and the work is detailed and often quiet, so a gift that acknowledges the actual job tends to land better than a generic office joke. A soft tee works well for the long days in front of a monitor, a hoodie for the chilly floor of a document review room, and a mug for the coffee that keeps them going through a second read of the same contract. Making it personal is simple: type their name, and if they've moved up or specialized, add their title or the team they're on. Review teams often wrap up a matter with a shared meal or a project-end moment, and matching shirts with each person's name make that moment easy to remember.
