Gifts from Richland
Richland is a city in Washington's Tri-Cities area, a place where wide rivers, dry hills and a lot of sunshine shape everyday life. People who grew up there tend to carry it with them, and a shirt that says Richland is a quick way to claim that hometown pride, whether they're at a reunion, a game, or just running errands in a town where everybody seems to know somebody. It's also a good fit for someone who moved away and misses the desert evenings and the easy drive to the river. Add a second line with a neighborhood, a school year, or a graduation year, and the shirt starts to feel like theirs rather than a generic souvenir. For the transplant or the new resident, a mug with Richland on it is a small welcome that says you noticed where they landed.
