Gifts for RN Mds Coordinators

Picking a gift for a rn mds coordinator

An RN MDS coordinator sits between the nursing floor and the paperwork that keeps a skilled nursing facility running. They're the one tracking Minimum Data Set assessments, making sure each resident's care plan matches what's actually happening on the unit, and fielding questions from nurses, therapists and surveyors all in the same week. It's detail-heavy work that rarely gets a thank-you, so a gift that acknowledges the role lands well. A shirt or hoodie with their title on it says you see what they do, and a mug on their desk makes the long assessment days a little warmer. Add their name, or their facility or department on a second line, and the piece becomes theirs. Because the title is long, check the preview to make sure the spacing and line breaks look right before you order.
