Picking a gift for a rn visiting
A visiting RN is a nurse who takes short contracts at hospitals across the country, so they're often the newest face on a unit and the one who has to learn the coffee machine and the charting system all over again. They pack light, sleep in unfamiliar apartments and build a second set of friends every few months. A gift that says RN and the word visiting tells them their skills travel with them and that someone sees the work. Practical pieces land best: a soft tee for the drive between assignments, a hoodie for cold hospital hallways, and a mug for the hotel room or furnished apartment that will feel like home for a little while. Add a credential like RN, BSN or CCRN on the second line if they have one, or leave it plain. Either way, the shirt becomes theirs.
RN Visiting gift questions
Can I add a credential like RN or BSN to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type RN, BSN or CCRN there and check the spacing in the live preview before you order.
What does a visiting nurse do?
A visiting nurse, often called a travel nurse, takes temporary assignments at hospitals in different places, usually for a few weeks to several months at a time.
Is this a good gift for a new travel nurse?
It works well for someone starting out. A tee or mug with their title helps them feel recognized in a new city and on a new unit.
Can I order shirts for a whole traveling team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the rn visiting shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a rn visiting gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
