Gifts from Roaring Gap
Roaring Gap is a small community in the mountains of North Carolina, the kind of place people visit for a summer week and come back to for years. Locals and former residents tend to hold onto it tightly, so a shirt or mug with the name is a way of saying where you're from or where you've spent your favorite time. For someone who grew up there and moved on, a Roaring Gap piece brings the cool mountain air into a city apartment. For a family who spends summers or holidays nearby, it becomes the souvenir that actually gets worn at home. A hoodie suits the cooler months in the hills, and a mug works well on a porch or at a kitchen table where the stories get told. You can add a second line with a year, a lake, or a family name to make it feel personal.
