Picking a gift for a roller skater
Roller skaters spend their evenings on wheels, whether they're rolling laps at a rink, sprinting through a derby bout, or cruising the boardwalk on a Saturday. The gifts they keep tend to be the ones that fit that life: a tee they can skate in, a hoodie for the chilly rink, a mug for the coffee they drink before the first session of the day. What lands best is the detail that shows you know the sport. Put their name on it, or a skating nickname they've earned, and the shirt stops being a generic gift and becomes theirs. If they skate with a crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better gift than another round of snacks at the rink. A hoodie or tee also goes a long way for a skater who's just started learning, since the first few months are the ones they'll remember.
Roller Skater gift questions
Can I add a skating nickname or team name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type a nickname, a derby name or a team name there and check the preview before you order.
Are there designs for kids who are learning to skate?
Yes. Kids tees and dark kids tees come in a smaller selection of designs, so you can put a young skater's name on their own shirt.
Can I order shirts for a whole derby team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of skaters' names, and pick a size for each person.
What's a good gift for a new roller skater?
A hoodie or mug with their name is a practical pick. It's something they'll use through the first months of learning, and it marks the start of the new hobby.
What sizes do the roller skater shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a roller skater gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
