Gifts from Rouses Point
Rouses Point is a small village on the northern tip of Lake Champlain, close to the Canadian border, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. Lake days, the bridge over the water, a town where everybody seems to know your truck. A shirt that says Rouses Point is how someone who left wears it home, and how a local shows up at the boat launch without saying a word. Because it's a small place, the gift lands best when it feels personal rather than generic: add the year they graduated from the local school, the street they grew up on, or the lake they fished every summer. A Rouses Point hoodie keeps them warm on a cold morning on the water, and a mug is a daily reminder for the one who moved away and misses the lake.
