Gifts from Russells Point
Russells Point is a small lakeside village in western Ohio, on the shore of Indian Lake, where summer means docks, boats and families who have been coming back for decades. A gift for someone from there, or someone who spends their summers there, should feel like the lake. Lake season is the heart of it: a tee for the dock, a hoodie for the first cool evening on the water, a mug for the porch at sunrise. Many people from Russells Point carry the name with them long after they've moved, so a shirt with the village name is a quick way to say where they belong. Add a second line with the year they first came up, the street they grew up on, or a family cabin name, and the design becomes theirs. You can also pair the village name with a simple line about the lake, which tells the recipient you remember what the place means to them.
