Gifts from Saint Elmo
Saint Elmo is a small place, and the people who live there tend to be proud of it. A shirt with the town name is how they say so at the county fair, on a road trip, or on a visit back home after years away. Because the name is short and a little unusual, a Saint Elmo design often starts a conversation, and the person wearing it gets to tell the story of where they're from. If you know the zip code, the year they moved there, or the local school or church they grew up with, put that on the second line of the design so the gift is about their own corner of the map. For someone who moved away, a mug on the kitchen counter in another state can be a small daily reminder of home. A hoodie works well for cooler weather and gives them something to wear when they're far from their own front porch.
