Gifts from Saint Louis Park
Saint Louis Park is a suburb just west of Minneapolis, home to a lot of people who grew up in the area and never left, and a lot who moved in for work or schools and stayed. A shirt with the city name is how they claim it, whether that's for a Saturday at the farmers market, a neighborhood block party or the trip back after living somewhere else for a while. The city name works well as the main line, and a second line can hold a street, a school, a year they moved in or a family name, which turns a generic town shirt into one that means something to the person wearing it. For someone who's relocated, a mug or a hoodie with the city name says home in a way a postcard can't. Kids tees and baby onesies suit families who want the next generation to know where they're from.
