Gifts from Salcha
Salcha is a small community in the Interior of Alaska, and the people who live there tend to have a strong sense of place. A shirt with Salcha on it says where someone is from in a way a generic Alaska design can't. Because it's a small community, most people who wear one will be the only one anywhere else who knows exactly what it means, which is part of the appeal. Think about the person who left and came back, the one who still gets mail there, or the family that's been in the area for generations. A Salcha hoodie is what someone reaches for on a cold morning, and a mug is the everyday reminder of home. Adding a year, a road name or a family name on the second line makes it personal to the person you're shopping for.
Salcha gift questions
Can I add a street name or family name to a Salcha design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a street, a family name or a year there and the preview updates so you can check it before ordering.
Is there a kids version of the Salcha design?
Yes. Salcha designs come as kids T-shirts, dark kids T-shirts and baby onesies, so you can match the whole family.
Can I order for a group of people at once?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you pick one design, paste a list of names and choose a size for each person, and every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the salcha shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Salcha gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
