Gifts from Sandown
Sandown is a small place, and the people who grew up there tend to hold on to it. A Sandown shirt is how someone who left for a bigger city, or who never left at all, says where they're from without a long explanation. Because it's a small town, most people will ask what it means to them, so the details that make it theirs matter more than the name alone. A shirt for a long-time resident might carry a street, a school, or the year they moved in. For someone who has moved away, a mug on the kitchen counter is a daily reminder of home. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a year, a neighborhood, or a nickname the locals use. The shirt works best when it's the one thing they reach for on a weekend morning, and a little personal text makes that happen.
Sandown gift questions
Can I add a street, school or nickname to a Sandown design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the street, school or nickname there and the live preview will show how it sits under the main word before you order.
Is there a Sandown design for kids?
Yes. Kids T-shirts and Kids Dark T-shirts come in several designs for Sandown, and a baby onesie is available too.
Can I order shirts for a whole group from Sandown?
Yes. Use the Team Shop, choose one design, paste the list of names and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What if I don't know much about Sandown itself?
That's fine. The gift works because of the person and their connection to the place, so focus on what the town means to them rather than on local facts.
What sizes do the sandown shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Sandown gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
