Picking a gift for a secretary
A secretary keeps an office running: calendars, phone lines, filing systems, the constant small problems that never make it into a meeting agenda. The gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge that quiet competence. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the chilly office, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it never walks off the break room shelf. Secretaries often have a whole team and a whole building depending on them, so a line that names their role, like Office Secretary, Executive Secretary or School Secretary, makes the shirt feel earned rather than generic. Adding their name or their office's name on a second line turns a word on a shirt into a thank-you. Some secretaries also work in schools, churches, or medical offices, and the second line is a good place to say which one. Whether it's Administrative Professionals Day in late April or just a random Tuesday when the coffee runs out, a small personal gift lands well.
Secretary gift questions
Can I add my office or school name to a secretary shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the office, school or department name there and check the preview before you order.
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It falls in late April each year, on the Wednesday of the last full week of the month. Order a couple of weeks ahead to be safe.
What's a good gift for an executive secretary?
A mug or hoodie with Executive Secretary and their name works well. It's practical, and it recognizes the specific role they hold.
Can I order for a whole team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop, choose one design, paste each person's name, and pick a size for each one.
What sizes do the secretary shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a secretary gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
