Gifts from Shandaken
Shandaken is a small town in the Catskills, set along the Esopus Creek in Ulster County, New York. People who live there tend to be attached to the hills, the creek and the quiet that comes with a town this size, and a gift with its name on it usually lands with someone who has a real connection to the place: a longtime resident, a summer regular, someone who grew up there and moved away. Because the word is specific, a shirt or mug reads as a personal choice rather than a generic souvenir. You can make it theirs by adding a second line with a street, a trail they hike, or the year they moved there. Shandaken comes in a wide range of products, so you can match the gift to how they spend their time, whether that's a hoodie for the chilly mountain mornings or a mug for the porch.
Shandaken gift questions
Can I add a street, trail or year to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type in a street, a trail or a year there, and the preview will show you how it sits under the town name before you order.
Are there designs for kids and babies too?
Yes. Shandaken comes as kids tees, dark kids tees and baby onesies. Use the product filter to see the designs available for each.
Which product works best for someone who lives there?
A hoodie is a good pick for year-round use in the hills, and a mug works well for everyday use at home.
What sizes do the shandaken shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Shandaken gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
