Gifts for Social Worker Lmsws

Picking a gift for a social worker lmsw

Social workers spend their days with families in crisis, clients on hard days, and caseloads that never quite shrink, so the small things they keep on their desks or wear on a day off mean a lot. A social worker with LMSW after their name has done the licensing exam and works under supervision toward the clinical credential, and that's a milestone worth marking. A mug on the desk that says their name and LMSW is the kind of thing they'll use every morning. A soft tee or hoodie is good for the drive to a site visit, the cold community center, or a weekend off. Many social workers also appreciate something that reflects the work itself, like a line about the community they serve or the year they got licensed. Keep the design simple and let the credential do the talking. If you're shopping for a whole agency or team, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another generic team lunch.
