Picking a gift for a software internship
A software internship is usually a student or recent grad's first real taste of working on a team that ships code, which means long days of debugging, a lot of coffee, and a laptop that gets carried everywhere. Gifts that land are the ones that fit that life: a tee for the commute or a weekend project, a hoodie for the chilly office or the late-night push before a demo, a mug that's clearly theirs for the desk where they're learning to read a stack trace. Put the word software internship on the front, then use the second line for their company, team or class year so it feels like it belongs to them and not to a generic career-fair giveaway. If you're buying for a whole cohort, one design with each intern's name on their own shirt makes a good end-of-summer gift. Internships often wrap up in August or December, so order a little early.
Software Internship gift questions
Can I add a company or school name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a company, school or class year. Type it in and the preview will show you how it sits before you order.
Is there a shirt for a software internship in the dark color?
Yes. Dark T-shirt designs are available in the same word, so you can pick a dark or light tee depending on what they wear most.
What's a good gift for someone finishing a software internship?
A hoodie or mug with their name and the internship year works well. It's something they can use at the next job or show in their first full-time role.
Can I order for a whole intern class?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste each intern's name, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the software internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a software internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
