Picking a gift for son
A son is the one who's supposed to be the kid forever, even when he's six-foot-two and paying his own rent. The gifts that land with a son are the ones that match where he is right now: a soft tee for weekend errands, a hoodie for the college dorm or the first apartment, a mug that says he's still yours even when he's the one making the coffee. Son is also a word that changes across a life, so the same design can work for a toddler in a baby onesie, a kid in a dark tee, and a grown man who still gets a little misty when he opens a hoodie with his name on it. Add a name in the second line to make it his. Add a year to mark the grad, the move, or the first birthday, and it stops being generic and becomes a keepsake. Many of these products come in kids and baby sizes too, so you can match a set across the whole family.
Son gift questions
What can I add next to the word son on the design?
Most designs have a second line. You can type a first name, a birth year, a nickname, or a place. The live preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Which products suit a son at different ages?
Baby onesies and kids tees fit young boys, while tees, dark tees, hoodies and mugs work well for teens and grown sons. Pick the product that matches his age and how he likes to dress.
Can I order matching shirts for the whole family?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for a son who just moved out?
A hoodie or mug with his name and the year he moved is a practical reminder of home, and it's the kind of thing he'll keep on the shelf of his first apartment.
What sizes do the son shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a son gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
