Picking a gift for a staff development director
A staff development director spends their days building training programs, coaching new hires and figuring out how to get busy people to show up to a workshop on a Tuesday afternoon. Most of that work happens out of sight, so a gift that names the job tells them someone noticed. Their calendar is usually full of onboarding sessions, skills assessments and course planning, and they often carry a laptop bag and a travel mug from one meeting room to the next. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a good fit for the conference they're presenting at or the training day they run for their own team. A mug is useful on the early mornings when the day's agenda is already packed. Add their name or the department on a second line and the gift becomes specifically theirs rather than a generic job shirt.
Staff Development Director gift questions
Can I add a department or organization name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a department or a team. Type it into the text box and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a staff development director design for kids or babies?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for this title. They're mostly for families who want to show off a parent's job, so check the design list to see which options fit.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted into this role?
A mug or hoodie with their title and the year they started is a simple way to mark the step up. It's something they'll use while they settle into the new responsibilities.
Can I order shirts for a whole training team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the staff development director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a staff development director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
