Picking a gift for a sterile proc tech
Sterile processing techs work behind the scenes in the hospital, cleaning, packing and sterilizing the instruments every surgery depends on. Most of the job happens in a back room that few people ever see, so the gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that quiet, exacting work. A tee or hoodie with their title on it says you know what they do, even if most of their coworkers in the OR never think about the trays. Their shift often runs on long early hours, so a comfortable shirt for the drive home or a hoodie for the cold sterile-processing department is practical as well as kind. A name mug keeps their coffee from wandering off in a shared break room. Add their name or their facility's unit under the title to make it personal. If you're buying for a whole department, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop is a thoughtful Sterile Processing Week or holiday gift.
Sterile Proc Tech gift questions
Can I add their name or certification under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type their name there, or a credential they've earned such as CRCST if that applies to them. The preview updates so you can check the spacing first.
Can I order shirts for my whole sterile processing team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for a new sterile proc tech?
A hoodie or tee with their title and the year they started works well. It marks the new job and is something they'll wear through the first hard winter of early shifts.
What sizes do the sterile proc tech shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a sterile proc tech gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
