Gifts from Stinson Beach
Stinson Beach is a small coastal village in Marin County, a short drive over the hills from the Golden Gate, and people who love it tend to love it quietly. Locals talk about the fog that rolls in by afternoon, the long walk along the sand, and the one main street where everyone seems to know everyone. A gift that says Stinson Beach is for the person who keeps coming back for the same bench, the same tide pools, the same cold water they swear is worth it. It also suits the friend who moved away and still checks the weather forecast for the coast every morning. What makes it land is the detail that's theirs: add a second line for a year they first visited, a street they live on, or the name of the surf break they favor. Then the shirt or mug stops being a souvenir and starts being a little piece of home.
