Gifts from Stone Lake
Stone Lake is the kind of small place people leave for a job or school and then keep wearing on their sleeve. A shirt with the name is how a former resident shows where they're from, and it's the gift that starts a conversation at the first wedding or family reunion they show up to. Lakes towns tend to mean boats, cold mornings, and a particular kind of quiet, so a hoodie for the chilly evenings or a mug for the porch coffee fits the way people actually spend time there. If you're not sure what the town means to them, ask about their first summer job or the lake they swam in as a kid, then use that as the second line. Many designs have room for a second line, so you can add a year, a street, or a family name underneath. That's what makes a Stone Lake shirt feel like theirs rather than a souvenir.
