Picking a gift for a store lead
A store lead is the person who keeps the shift running: they open or close the store, cover the gaps when someone calls out, and are usually the first to notice when the stockroom is a mess. They tend to spend their day on their feet and their evening thinking about the schedule, so the gifts that land are the ones that make a long shift feel a little less like a grind. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly back room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room. What makes the gift feel personal is putting their role on it, store lead, and adding the store name or number, the team they run, or the year they got promoted. Those details tell them you know what the job actually involves. If you're buying for a whole crew who's chipped in on the lead's promotion, the Team Shop can print one design with everyone's name on their own shirt, which is a lot more fun to receive than a card signed in a hurry.
Store Lead gift questions
Can I add the store name or number to a store lead shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the store name, number or city there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is store lead a good gift for a promotion?
It works well. A tee or mug with their new title and the year marks the moment without making a fuss, and it's something they can use on the job.
Can I order shirts for my whole store team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Are there store lead designs for kids or babies?
Some designs come as kids tees and baby onesies, though the choices are fewer than for adult shirts. Use the product filter to see what's available.
What sizes do the store lead shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a store lead gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
