Picking a gift for a store management trainee
A store management trainee is usually early in a retail or hospitality career, working long shifts, learning the stockroom, the schedule, the cash office and how to keep a team happy on a busy Saturday. They tend to be the one who stays late to close out the register and the first to show up when a delivery truck runs early. A gift that acknowledges the climb lands well: a tee for the first days of training, a hoodie for the cold early mornings before opening, a mug for the office where the paperwork piles up. Put the title on it, or add the store or region on a second line so it's clearly theirs. If you're buying for a whole training class or a new management team, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to mark the start of the program.
Store Management Trainee gift questions
Can I add the store name or region to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line you can use for a store number, region or company name. Type it in and the preview will show you how it sits under the title before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title I can use?
Yes. Type Store Manager Trainee, Management Trainee or just Trainee, and the designs update to match whichever wording you choose.
Are there designs for kids or babies?
Kids tees and a baby onesie have designs for this title, though the choice is smaller than for the adult shirts and mugs.
Can I order for a whole training class at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop, choose a design, paste the list of names and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the store management trainee shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a store management trainee gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
