Gifts from Strawberry Point
Strawberry Point is a small town in northeast Iowa, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. A shirt with the town name is the easiest way to say you're from a place that doesn't show up on most maps, whether that's at a class reunion, a county fair or a parking lot full of Iowa plates somewhere far away. Small towns are close-knit, so a gift that mentions the town feels personal to the people who know it best. Add a graduation year, a class name or the family name on a second line and it becomes a keepsake. A hoodie fits the cold Iowa mornings the town is known for, and a mug suits the kitchen table where most small-town conversations start. For someone who has moved away, a Strawberry Point gift is a quiet reminder of home.
