Picking a gift for a structural manager
A structural manager usually oversees the people and schedules behind buildings, bridges or industrial projects, moving between job sites, submittal reviews and coordination meetings with engineers and crews. Most days are spent solving problems before they become expensive, which is a quiet kind of work that rarely gets thanked. A gift that acknowledges the job, like a shirt with their title on it, tends to land well with someone who spends a lot of time in hard hats and steel-toed boots. Put the title exactly as they use it at work, then consider a second line for their company initials, the crew they lead or the year they got their license or certification, if they hold one. Structural managers often work long hours during big pours and tight deadlines, so a hoodie for cold site mornings or a mug for the trailer coffee station is practical as well as personal. A shopper buying for a whole team can use the Team Shop to put one design on everyone's shirt, each with their own name.
Structural Manager gift questions
Can I add a company name or a crew name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the company, crew or project name there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a design with a credential like PE or SE?
You can type a credential into the second line, such as the letters they actually hold. If you are not sure which ones they have, ask them first so the shirt is right.
Can I order for a whole project team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop, choose one design, paste the list of names and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the structural manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a structural manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
