Picking a gift for a student
Students live on a tight budget and an even tighter schedule, so the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that get used every day. A soft tee for a late study session, a hoodie for the chilly library, a mug for the eight a.m. lecture. What makes a student gift land is the sense that you see where they are right now. Put their school year or their program on it, a graduating class, or the college they're working toward, and it becomes theirs instead of a generic tee. Students also tend to share a lot, so a name on the mug or hoodie keeps it from walking off to a dorm across the hall. For a new student heading off to school, a shirt with the year they started is a small, happy marker of the step they just took.
Student gift questions
Can I add a school name or graduation year to a student shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a school, a program or a year. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before ordering.
What's a good gift for a student heading off to college?
A hoodie or mug with their name and the year they start is useful and personal. It gives them something from home that fits right into dorm life.
Are there student designs for younger kids?
Yes. Kids tees and dark kids tees are available for the word student, so you can match the design to a young learner.
Can I order shirts for a whole class or study group?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person so everyone's shirt prints with their own name.
What sizes do the student shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a student gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
