Picking a gift for a supervisor behavior
Supervisors who handle people well often do it quietly, and the ones who get noticed are usually the ones who made the bad day a little easier. Behavior is a strange word to put on a shirt, so the joke lands best with someone who has sat through the same training videos and the same tense one-on-one. Think about the person who takes the hard calls, backs the team in a meeting, and still remembers everyone's kid's name. A tee for the commute, a hoodie for the cold office, or a mug for the desk where the difficult conversations happen all say you noticed the work. Add a second line if you want it personal: a team name, a department, or the year they took the role. The preview updates as you type, so you can check how the two lines sit before you order.
Supervisor Behavior gift questions
Can I add a team name or department under the main word?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the team, department or their name there and check the spacing in the preview before you order.
Is there a version of this for a new supervisor?
Any design works for someone starting the role. A second line with the year they started makes it a first-year keepsake.
Which item works best for someone who works from home?
The mug is the one they'll use every day at their desk. A hoodie is a good choice for a home office that runs cold.
What sizes do the supervisor behavior shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a supervisor behavior gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
