About this supervisor behavior gift
Supervisors who handle people well often do it quietly, and the ones who get noticed are usually the ones who made the bad day a little easier. Behavior is a strange word to put on a shirt, so the joke lands best with someone who has sat through the same training videos and the same tense one-on-one. Think about the person who takes the hard calls, backs the team in a meeting, and still remembers everyone's kid's name. A tee for the commute, a hoodie for the cold office, or a mug for the desk where the difficult conversations happen all say you noticed the work. Add a second line if you want it personal: a team name, a department, or the year they took the role. The preview updates as you type, so you can check how the two lines sit before you order.
