Picking a gift for a supervisor coding
A supervisor coding team is the person who keeps the coders honest and on schedule, checking the charts, catching the mismatched codes and answering the questions the rest of the team saves for them. Their days are a steady run of audits, rebills and deadline pressure, usually with a screen full of medical records and a stack of code books nearby. A gift that acknowledges that work lands best when it's practical and a little personal. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly office or the work-from-home mornings, a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee that goes cold while they're reviewing a chart. Put the role on it, and if you know the name they go by at work, add that too. It turns a generic job shirt into one that fits the person you actually know.
Supervisor Coding gift questions
Can I add a credential like CPC or CCS after the role?
Yes, if they hold it. Type it on the second line or after their name, and the preview shows how it sits before you order.
What should I put on the shirt besides the job title?
Many people add their name, their department or a short line like Audit Team. Use the second line for whatever they'd actually want to see on their own shirt.
Is there a day when coders usually get recognized?
Some workplaces mark Medical Coders Day, which falls in October each year, though many teams celebrate whenever a big project wraps up.
What sizes do the supervisor coding shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a supervisor coding gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
