Picking a gift for a support director
A support director usually runs a team that keeps customers, clients or internal staff unstuck, and that job carries a lot of escalations, late-night fixes and Monday planning sessions. They're the person who fields the hard tickets and then has to explain the numbers to leadership. A gift that acknowledges the role lands better than a generic work item. A tee with their title on it works for the office, the weekend and the team offsite. A mug with their title is for the first coffee before the queue fills up, and a hoodie fits the cold office or the commute home. Add a second line for their team or department name and it becomes theirs. If you're shopping for someone who has led a support team through a tough year, a personalized hoodie or mug says you noticed the work behind the title.
Support Director gift questions
Can I add my director's team or department name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a team, department or name. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Can I put a name on the mug as well as the title?
Yes. Many mug designs have a second line. Put their name there, or their team name, so it's clearly theirs at a shared kitchen.
Do you have designs for a support director on kids or baby products?
Support Director comes on adult tees, dark tees, hoodies, mugs, kids tees and a baby onesie. Use the product filter to see which designs are available for each.
How do I order shirts for the whole support team?
Use the Team Shop. Choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the support director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a support director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
