Picking a gift for a support services team leader
A support services team leader is the person who keeps the rest of the team running. They're usually the first call when a schedule slips, a ticket piles up or a new hire has no idea where the supplies are. Their day is part planning, part troubleshooting and part translating between the people doing the work and the people making decisions above them. Gifts that land for this role tend to be practical and a little personal: something they can wear to the office, a mug for the long stretch of meetings, or a hoodie for the cold conference room. A design with their title on it says you noticed what they actually do. Add a second line for their team name, their department or their site, and it becomes a gift that reflects the specific group they lead. Many of these are good for a milestone like a promotion or a first year in the role.
Support Services Team Leader gift questions
Can I add my team name or site under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a department, team name or location. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a design that works for a promotion?
Most of the designs are built around the title itself, so a promotion gift can simply use the new title. You can add the year they started or the date of the promotion on the second line.
Can I order for my whole support team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop, choose one design, paste the names and pick a size for each person, and each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for a team leader who's just starting out?
A mug or tee with their title is a simple way to mark the new role. It's useful day to day and it's a reminder of the step they just took.
What sizes do the support services team leader shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a support services team leader gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
