Gifts from Sweet Springs
Sweet Springs is a small town, and people who grew up there tend to hold onto it. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident shows where they're from, whether they still live nearby or ended up in a city hundreds of miles away. Small-town gifts land best when they feel specific to the place, so think about what this person does there: the high school they went to, the church or diner they still drive back to, the summer they got their first job. You can add a second line for a year, a street, or a graduating class, and the shirt stops being a souvenir and becomes theirs. It's also a good pick for someone who has moved away and misses home. A mug on the kitchen counter is a small daily reminder, and a hoodie is what they'll reach for on the first cool evening back in town.
