Picking a gift for a switchboard receptionist
A switchboard receptionist is the calm voice that holds an office together, routing calls, greeting visitors and remembering which extension belongs to whom. It's a job where people notice you mostly when something goes wrong, so a gift that says you noticed them is a good one. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a fun way to acknowledge the work, especially for someone who has been answering the phone for years. Adding their name or the company's department on a second line makes it personal. A mug works well for the front desk, where coffee is often the only thing that gets a quiet minute. Choose the product by how they dress for work and whether they're likely to wear it off the clock.
Switchboard Receptionist gift questions
Can I add a name or department to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type a name, department or year there and the preview will update so you can check it before ordering.
Is there a shirt for a whole front-office team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the names of everyone on the team, and pick a size for each person.
Which product is best for a receptionist?
A tee suits most people, a mug suits someone who spends long hours at a desk, and a hoodie suits anyone whose office is cold.
What sizes do the switchboard receptionist shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a switchboard receptionist gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
