Gifts from Tallapoosa
Tallapoosa is a small town in Georgia, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them wherever they go. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident tells a stranger where they're from, or how a current resident shows their pride at a county fair or a high school game. Small towns are close-knit, so a gift for someone from Tallapoosa often lands better when it's personal: add the year they graduated, a street, or the family name they're known by around town. Because the place is small, many of the people who'd appreciate this gift will be the ones who moved away and miss home. A mug with the town name on it makes a morning reminder of where they started, and a hoodie works well for the chilly season when they're back for a visit.
