Gifts from Tavares

Tavares is a small city in Lake County, Florida, on the shores of Lake Dora, and it's known for its lakefront parks and its annual Lake Dora festivals. People who grew up there tend to carry the name with them, whether they stayed in Central Florida or moved across the country. A Tavares shirt works for a homecoming visit, a family reunion held near the lake, or simply for the person who still talks about the town every time it comes up. Adding a street, a school or the year they left can make the design personal. Because the name is a place rather than a famous landmark, the strongest gifts tie it to the individual's own memories of growing up there.

Tavares gift questions

Can I add a school or neighborhood to a Tavares design?

Many designs have a second line. Type the school, neighborhood or year there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before ordering.

Are there Tavares designs for kids and babies?

Yes. Kids tees, kids dark tees and baby onesies are available with Tavares designs. Use the product filter to see which styles are offered.

Is Tavares a common surname as well as a city?

Tavares is also a Portuguese surname. If you're shopping for someone with that last name, you can type the name in place of the city and choose any design.

What sizes do the tavares shirts come in?

Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.

How long does a Tavares gift take to arrive?

Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.

What if the print has a mistake?

If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
