Picking a gift for a technical assistant
A technical assistant keeps the lights on for people who would rather not think about their computers at all. They're the ones who reset passwords before the big presentation, track down the printer that vanished, and get a laptop working again on a deadline. Most of the work happens in the background, so a gift that acknowledges the job lands well. Put the title on a tee and wear it on a day when everything actually runs. A hoodie suits the cold server room or the early-morning help desk shift, and a mug is the one thing on the desk that's clearly theirs. If you're buying for someone just starting out, a shirt with their title and the year they began marks the step. Their title is the main thing to get right, so type it exactly as it appears on their badge or business card, and add a second line for their name or a team if you like.
Technical Assistant gift questions
Can I add their name or team under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a team or a year. Type it into the text box and the preview updates.
Are there designs for kids or babies?
Some designs come as kids tees and baby onesies. Use the product filter on the page to see which ones are available.
What's a good gift for someone who just started the job?
A tee or mug with their title and the year they started. It's personal and it marks the new start.
Should I use the exact job title?
It helps to use the title their employer uses, since that's what they'll recognize. You can shorten it or add a team name if you prefer.
What sizes do the technical assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a technical assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
