Picking a gift for a technical assoc
A technical associate is usually the person who keeps things running behind the scenes: they troubleshoot equipment, document what they fix, and answer the questions everyone else is too busy to figure out. Their days can mix hands-on work with long stretches at a desk, and a lot of their skill is never seen by anyone outside the team. A gift that acknowledges the role, rather than just the job title, tends to land. A tee or hoodie is easy to wear on a site visit or a casual Friday, and a mug gives them a spot for the coffee they'll drink while reviewing a ticket. Add the department, shift or team name on the second line if you know it, so the gift reflects where they actually work. Their title may vary by company, so if you're unsure of the exact wording, use the version their team uses day to day.
Technical Assoc gift questions
Can I add a department or shift name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the department, shift or team name there and check the preview before you order.
Is Technical Associate the same at every company?
No. The title varies by employer and industry, so use the wording their team actually uses. If you're unsure, a shorter version like Tech Associate also works in the text box.
What's a good gift for a new technical associate?
A tee or mug with their title and start year is a friendly welcome. It's useful, low-key and easy to wear on the first week.
Can I order shirts for everyone on the team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the technical assoc shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a technical assoc gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
