Picking a gift for a technical mgr
A technical manager usually sits between the engineers who build things and the people who need them built on time, so their days are full of standups, roadmap debates and quiet firefighting after a release goes sideways. A gift that acknowledges that middle job tends to land better than a generic work tee. Put the title on it, or add their team or department on a second line, and it becomes something they can wear to the office without feeling like a joke. A hoodie suits the long sprint weeks and the cold conference rooms, while a mug is the one they'll reach for during the first meeting of the morning. If the role is an uncommon one at their company, a shirt with the exact title they use day to day is more meaningful than a common job name. For a whole team that just shipped something big, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Technical Mgr gift questions
Can I write the full job title instead of the abbreviation?
Yes. Type technical manager or tech mgr into the text box. Use whichever version they use at work so it feels familiar.
Can I add a team name or project name?
Many designs have a second line. Use it for their department, team, or a project name they're proud of.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted into this role?
A mug or tee with their new title works well. It marks the change without being loud, and they can start using it right away.
What sizes do the technical mgr shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a technical mgr gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
